Start with one capsule per day (16 mg CBD) and gradually increase to up to 3 capsules per day if needed. It is generally safe to take the capsules on an empty stomach. However, if you have a sensitive bowel, it is recommended that you eat something before taking the capsules. If you take 3 capsules a day, a pack of 60 capsules will last for about three weeks.
